Egg whites are packed with proteins, thus giving a healthy start to your day.Addition of mushrooms to this recipe loads it with zinc, increasing immunity.Its a must try for all egg lovers out there..!

Makes 1 serving


Ingredients:

2 tsp oil

4 button mushrooms,sliced

4 large egg whites

¼ cup shredded cheese

Black pepper

Salt as per taste

 

Method:

1. Heat 1 tsp  oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and cook, stirring often, until tender,         2 to 3 minutes; remove from the pan.

2. In a medium bowl, beat the egg whites with ¼ teaspoon each salt and pepper

3. Heat the remaining tsp of oil in a non-stick pan, then cook the egg whites until they begin to set, 1 to         2 minutes.

4. Top with mushrooms and cheese.
