Flaxseed and Groundnut Chutney



This flax seed and groundnut chutney is tasty as well as healthy.It is rich in Omega 3 fattyacids as well as proteins. Including this chutney in our daily diet has amazing health benefits.


Preparation time: 5 mins

Makes 6-7 servings.


Ingredients:


1 cup flaxseeds

1 cup groundnuts

1 tsp chilli powder

¼ tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp coriander-cumin seeds(dhania-jeera) powder

Salt to taste


Method:


1.     Roast the flax seeds and groundnuts separately and keep aside.

2.     Add all the above ingredients and blend into the mixture.

3.     U can add some oil or curd to the chutney while serving for enhanced taste.
